We develop innovative microfluidic technologies that extract rich molecular and cellular information from scarce, complex biological samples. Our work applies ultralow-input epigenomic analysis, single-cell measurement, gene delivery, and droplet microfluidics to reveal biological variation that is often obscured by conventional bulk methods. By designing sensitive, high-throughput platforms for patient- and animal-derived tissues, we seek to make advanced molecular profiling more accessible, efficient, and informative. Our broader mission is to enable new discoveries in molecular and cellular biology while creating practical tools for biomedical research, drug development, and future clinical applications.
